Gladiator Inspired Makeup Look

Gladiator (2000)

Who would have thought Ridley Scott directed this movie too? And wait, Sigourney Weaver isn't in this movie?! Not that I would have mind, I do love that woman.  This makeup look pays homage to Ancient Greece and all those Gladiators that lost their life's in, I guess you could say in vain really.  Thank god we don't live like that now because I'd last all of 1 second!  So this film came out in 2000, which means I was about 10 when I watched this film.  I'm pretty sure this film is a 15 so it looks like I'll have to turn in my parents for letting me watch this film... It's been good knowing you guys.
Yet again I can't remember much of what happens during this film, apart from the scene when his family are all hung in a field.  You see THAT I remember, anything else? No.  Actually I can remember the fight scene at the end.  So a note to all you parents, you might forget these little details, or allow your children to play 15 or 18 games without a care in the world, but this stuff sticks.  And that song, 'Now we are Free'... such an amazing emotional song.  The remix is even better, maybe, I'm undecided.  All this talk makes me want to crank out the film and start watching it!  However I think we have the VCR version so that's helpful!

I'm really happy at how this turned out, and I hope people like it too.  I do all these shoots because I want to, and it's always a bonus that people like them too!
